[PLEASE HELP] AddOns not being detected.

So today I switched over to a new PC. In my Elder Scrolls Online documents folder I have all of my Addons in the liveeu folder (even put them in live just to be sure). The game isn't picking them up though? The AddOns list in game is empty.
