Graphical bug?

After the Dark Brotherhood update I'm having weird graphics. They appear to occur randomly while playing and look like this:
The character looks kind of dull - just the character and not the environment. Relogging fixes this issue:
I'm playing on ultra settings and didn't had this before - am I the only and my machine is saying goodbye but then why is it only happening to the char only?
