Ive been playing eso again on consoles, ive turned on all the settings for text chat however I don't seem to be getting any messages coming up, I'm in zone chat but ive only seen 1 message in over 2 hours of play. is the text chat broken or is no one using it.

    Depends what zone your in, for me its mostly guild chat i see. Gold coast can be active and around main towns & undaunted areas can be very busy

    Works fine for me on xbox eu, most of my messages are guild chat unless I'm in my alliances 1st or 2nd zone then there's loads of zone chat

    Xbox na works fine, not many use it, go to the undaunted tent to check, usual people text chat for healers or tanks constantly when it's busy.
