ESO+ Missing Crowns?

So, I have a problem. I have ESO+ and am getting all the benefits...except the 1500 Crowns a month. I just submitted a ticket which should be read tomorrow. However, this is month 2 this is happening. I didn't say anything last month since I thought maybe it would fix it automatically, but I just got into month 2 and I'm missing 3000 crowns now.
Is anybody else having this problem?

    Happened in July for me, sent in a ticket. They sent me 1500 + 500. Happened again last month, recieved 2000, again, after a ticket.

    Im more than happy to get 2k a month but I shouldn't have to send in a ticket every month. I've already talked with xbox support and they said the issue is on zeni/bethesda.

    We will see what happens here in a couple weeks.

    Happens every time I pay for it on Xbox one since launch.

    I cancelled again, I try it every time they say it's fixed for new DLC but that's been a lie

    I've sent in two tickets already, and no automatic response or anything. Nothing at all!

    I had been subscribed since a few days after launch on console. Only cancelled when I was prompted to by Customer Service to see if that would fix my crafting bag. Not sure how many crowns I missed but I know I left some on the table. Since resubscribing the only time I received my crowns since July 7th was when I put in a ticket. I've at least missed one set of crowns since and about to miss another. I have submitted a ticket at this point again.

    Do we know why this is happening?

    I got my Crowns successfully after a couple emails. Zos delivered very well.

    Folks seriously, just stop buying ESO Plus as they've shown they are not going to "fix" this.

    Either don't sub at all and buy crowns or just don't buy anything cause it's very clear they are not interested in resolving this.

    To each its own....cause there is no way to see how many crowns you've paid for so unless ppl check each time, they're going to end up paying for this with half of the benefits.

    The extra crowns are nice the first or second time but it's now month 14 or more so they just started give my extra crowns about 90 days ago.

    IMO it makes better sense to remove ESO plus entirely and give the benefits under crown packs at and above above 1500

    how many tickets do I have to put in to get the crowns that I paid for??

    every single month I have to send you guys a ticket to get my crowns. if the problem was reversed and ZOS were sending out crowns without being paid they would get the problem escalated immediately and you'd have every developer in that office working to fix the problem, but when ZOS get their money and dont send the crowns thats not important, because ZOS got paid.

    I wonder how many people dont even realise they are missing crowns thats they've paid for.

    I sent in several tickets before I got mine. They had it resolved in a week or so. It is horrible, but they've come through every time. Unfortunately it's only X1 that has issues.

    Yes this is happening to me also, I have an open ticket for the last 2 or 3 months of not getting my 1500. Right now they owe me 3000 to 4500 crowns. I'm beginning to learn about how greedy Zenimax is. I understand its a business that's designed to make money but Jesus I'm an ESO+ member. I'm promised 1500 a month, it's not my job to make sure I get what I'm promised. A big reason I became a member was for this benefit. They really need to fix this issue because when I google this problem I learn that many people also experience this.


    There's never been a bug that gives you crowns, just saying. A little suspicious that there is a bug that takes crowns away $$$$$ really beginning to distrust this company.
