Just wanted to give a shout out to all the hard-working folks at @ZOS who not only got update 12 PTS to us before the holiday weekend but then also followed it up with a maintenance that lasted only a few hours. This is a huge improvement from the previous several maintenances, so credit where it's due. 
Hopefully, the trend will continue and we'll start to see maintenance ending before the NA / PC trader kiosk flip time in coming weeks.
