Reduce the group finder timer to 5 min

Please. I have enough time to play generally for one dungeon a day. There are so many bugs/issues with group finder that cause it to freak out and a 15 minute wait between queues is the worst. There have been a few trolls I've ran into that just immediately disband the group if they don't like the dungeon that pops and that forces any of us who just joined to wait 15 minutes.

Let's just remove it completely until ZOS can figure out how to implement the system properly. I mean, being kicked because the group finder put 5 people in the group and getting a timer is absurd.
