Hi, if i add glyph of magical harm to increase my spell power to my duel wield swords, would this raise the spell power on the character sheet?

You have to hit something with your sword to trigger it. (Be in combat) And then you have an effect for ..seconds.
But isn't glyph of magical harm for jewelry?
