You can make it easier with Nightmother's 5pc (not the craftable set) plus two Nightshade daggers.

But this makes Heists too easy.

If you want to feel at least a bit of difficulty, just use invisibility potions.

Because of the cooldown between one and another, the short period you stay invisible and the fact you can't sprint while invisible (to not break the effect) you'll be able to complete but it won't be all that easy.

I've got my achievement in an alt today doing this and it was very close.
