Here are some suggestions that can be added to the armor skill line.

Type 1. Toggle 1 piece minimum requirements
Light
capacity -add magicika recovery
A. enhance capacity - add additional recovery B. for every additional light armor piece
productive capacity - add max magicika
Medium
adrenaline shot- add stamina recovery
A. adrenaline boost- add more recovery for every additional medium armor piece
B. adrenaline rush - add max stamina
Heavy
natural energy - add health recovery
A. solar energy - add more health recovery for every heavy armor piece
B. natural growth - add max health

Type 2 heal and counters 2 armor piece minimum
Light
miracle - restore health to oneself
A. greedy miracle - become a heal over time ability
B. generous miracle - heal yourself and allies
Medium
hunter's odor - reduce incoming dot attacks
A. hunter's scent - increase duration
B. hunter's musk - increase dot reduction
Heavy
Circle of survival - a circle that reduce AOE attacks
A. circle of defense - reduce more AOE
B. circle of protection - reduce blocking cost

Type 3 crowd control 5 piece minimum
Light
Gravitational force - push enemies away from you and has x% chance of negating magicika attack
A. force field - increase negates chance
B. Gravitational push - cause knockdown effects
Medium
Reflected armor - reflect x damage back to the attacker, only physical attacks can be reflected
A. reflected shield - increase reflected damage
B. reactive armor - increase movement speed
Heavy
Gravitational pull - pull and hold nearby enemies close to you for x seconds
A. Gravitational trap - slow enemies movement speed
B. devastating pull - cause stun

Type 4 ultimate 5 piece minimum
Light
Sacred knowledge - reduce spell cost ability
A. sacred wisdom - reduce more spell cost
B. forbidden knowledge - add spell damage and spell critical
Medium
Inner strength - reduce stamina cost ability
A. inner might - reduce more stamina cost
B. inner will - add weapon damage and critical
Heavy
Survivor's guilt - reduce damage taken
A. survivor's remorse - reduce more damage taken
B. survivor's resolve - add spell, physical, and critical resistance
