How rare are xivkyn polymorphs?

My first time buying 2 telvar greater boxes and got xivkyn augur and tormentor. Are they easy to get or am i lucky? I see those sold for 250k telvar

I bought 7 of the green bags and got 1 of the xivkin poly morphs so idk how rare they are.

I would assume the blue Superb Imperial Reward boxes for 3k TV give a better chance than the green ones for 600 TV

Lucky, while over here I've dumped over 100k Tel'var into the blue random boxes and haven't got any Poly's...

Until you reach 750k Tel'var spent, though, you still come out on top but it's frustrating... must've expended all my RNG luck on getting the Molag loot :{
