Can't log in into the game with certain character

I was unable to log in into the game after the recent patch , although I was able to manage only until the character selection. After I click "Play" on my character it stuck at "Requesting Character Load" window and kicks me off back in the log in screen with error "An Error has Occurred , Please try again in a few minutes"

This happens ONLY in my 2nd Character that i'm currently playing , my other character runs just fine.
I've done some research the problem will be fixed if you reparing the game or disable all the addons , the thing is , I just fresh install my whole game and this error appears after that and i'm not using any addons.

Where did you log off of the character in question? Logging off in busy, laggy places like Mournhold can often cause this issue. However, recently, different areas have been broken for a few hours at a time. It seems pretty random, but if that's what it is, it shouldn't be messed up for too long.
