Stygian set CP 160?

Was this set upgraded to cp 160? If so I have yet to see it being sold.
I thought I read somewhere that this set was being upgraded and I'd really be interested in making it work now that sets are being updated with jewelry.
I was thinking:
5 light (julianos or kaegs)
2 medium (stygian)
dual wield (stygian), 1 stygian jewelry and 2 willpower jewelry
OR dual wield (torugs) and 3 stygian jewelry.
I'd also have to consider going back to khajiit for the stealth damage passive as well.
So has anyone seen this set as cp 160?
