Clothes and armour always fit every character. There are no sizes. I can pass Armour built for my big broad stocky Orc fighter and pass it to my petit Imperial temptress and it fits and adapts to her body curves. It is a bit like the auto fitting clothes from Back to the Future II.

Most light armor looks like cheap lycra on any character, and medium/heavy armor like cheap lycra with sponge pads over it. So it's probably some sort of tamrielic lycra that can squeeze over the biggest Nord or Orc as well as the tiny Bosmer of Khajiit

It would be cool to have various diseases that affect player stats and had to be cured by various potions and spells, like we had in the older TES games. There was a cool one in Morrowind that increased your encumbrance and several minutes after you fought a rat or cliff-racer you found yourself stuck when you picked up that sword from a fallen skeleton

That disease enchantment gave me a terrible cold. Maybe I can brew up some medieval Lemsip. I have lemons. Which of these herbs can I use to create some paracetamol?

It does sound like an interesting feature. I am sure an alchemist would normally create medicine to cure different diseases. I expect it all just ends up being a "potion of cure disease" without the complexity of different medicines for different diseases. A lot of ESO mechanics can be a bit dumbed down relative to other Elder Scrolls games.

But make sure that you don't sell that Essence of Paracetamol to the khajiit

Can a Khajiit harvest Yew? It is listed as one of the plants toxic to cats. That would be sadly ironic. Khajiit woodworker dies from toxic reaction to working with Yew. Someone should warn Ak'saz at the Wood Whisker in Orsinium.

I don't know if there is an achmemist herb like Catnip. Catnip is enjoyed by cats but relatively harmless unlike Skooma. A herb to be worn to make all Khajiit be friendly toward me.

Another one. A thieves/outlaws refuge that is clearly marked as such but the authorities do nothing about it? It might not be unrealistic under very corrupt governments. Nowhere in Tamriel do the authorities try to shut them down.

People who just stay in one place and never move from it.

I recall in Skyrim that NPCs could go through a daily cycle. Get up, leave home, go to work at given trade. At the end of the day they would go home and eventually go to bed. ESO has a day/night cycle. It would be possible for people to move in the same way.

Some NPCs will just stay camped out in the wilderness indefinitely waiting for a hero to walk by. They can be ignored and will repeat the same routine the next time you go past them.

I mean, don't you think that Nerieneth is tired of all this adventurer's league circus? Imagine you were enjoying an eternity of peace and quiet in your family crypt, and every week, a band of more or less competent wanna-be heroes disturbs your rest to remind you of a past filled with corpses, and betrayal, and blood, and slay you and your favourite students in all sorts of gruesome and inventive ways.

Beheaded, banished, burnt, frozen.. every week, his future is death, and isn't it a bit disheartening for a centuries old ghost?
But that's not even the worst! The wanna-be heroes, right? They aren't doing it for the people of Rivenspire, or out of any altruistic motivation. They're doing it for keys. That's right, for metallic scrap that the undaunted leader offers them. I wonder what he gets out of all this that tiny bosmer, apart from the satisfaction of watching an occasional 100CP noob die. And those keys? Most of the time, they're worthless pieces of trash, just like you and everyone else in Tamriel.

And said lack of reward forces the tryharding adventurers to go kill Nerieneth again a week later. The victims here are not the slain, the lost, and those whose souls have been offered as a gift to the forces of darkness. The only victim here is Nerieneth. No wonder he tries to slice you open with the ebony blade; trust me, I would too, if you'd barged into my home and started carving a bloody path through my friends and colleagues on your way to take my favourite sword and hat.
