Ps4 NA malfunction

12:40 am. This was on 2 DC characters. Noticing extremely long load screens at start screen, character select and into way rest and stuck in loading to deshaan.
When trying to load guild traders items, not only does it take a long time for trader window to come up, it will get stuck in during the item search.
Characters will also stop walking forward and back. Only side step. And roll dodge only works backwards.
Really weird stuff. Was working fine for past 2 hours since the PSN was brought online. All of a sudden at 12:40 after coming out of a veteran hel Ra trial and trying to load a guild trader in wayrest I noticed all this.
This was on two separate DC dragknknights.

Yeah, hence my suspicion. However, if the social portions of PSN are tied to the gaming portion, then I'd say it is indeed the server.

Did not help. NA Server is just plain having issues at the moment.
