So I would like to know if I can get monster helmets and jewelry in normal mode. Can I also get Velidreth shoulders from veteran? Do specific bosses drop boots and legs only or something like that?

Yes, you can.

You can only get monster shoulders from the undaunted chests.

1. Yes you can loot jewelry on Normal, but they are blue quality. You can also loot the monster helmet on Normal, and they are purple-quality. However, the chance is very low compared to completing it on Veteran.
2. You can only get monster shoulders from the Undaunted Chests. They are a guaranteed drop from the Gold Chest, common drop from the Silver Chest, and rare drop from the Bronze Chest.
3. Each boss in Cradle drops a specific type of armor. I don't know the exact list, but the 3rd boss drops Head and Feet(?), and the 4th boss drops Weapons (including shield) and Chest. The last boss is the monster helmet and jewelry.

Yo I'm in @UrQuan, the only helm I have is reinforced heavy I think, really need a medium divines for my murder-cat.
