Quest Icons - almost invisible on certain backgrounds

I think this needs to be looked at - I decided on my new toon to do much of the levelling in Wrothgar and on the snow capped area in particular and active quest marker is virtually invisible. It makes it really difficult. Could it perhaps be weaved into the interface options to change the quest marker colours?
