I have reported a flaw in my character stats multiple times and explained it in great detail both in-game and in emails and Help does not seem to understand the problem and asks me to report the problem in-game which I have done multiple times. I feel help is trying to just get rid of me rather than fixing my character stats which a truly wrong. How can my racial skill level be less than my overall character sill level? Help is unable to understand this question/problem. Come on man.

Riswa✭Now I am told that I need to wait for the next patch and that that might fix it. Come on man. A character level is definitively wrong and a patch will fix it. Help seems to respond with words and no action. And the words are mostly irrelevant to the problem. Come on man. Fix the problem.0
