Network Connection = FPS Impact?
My laptop is normally connected to my home WiFi - I usually don't play ESO on it but based on it's specs I would think it should be able to run it semi-decently:
i7-4710HQ
GTX860m
8 GB RAM
SSD drive
I'm travelling now and my WiFi connection appears to be decent but when I load ESO, even at minimum settings, I'm getting 5-7 FPS.
I've tried disabling all add-ons but even that makes no difference.
What could be the culprit here?
