Skill info randomly pops up?

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have to keep logging off and back in whenever this happens.

It's the same issue in my other posts about groups popping up. Open a ticket so it's reported but usually just going in and out of menus until it goes away is best or sometimes just going home...close the entire game and restarting the game.
