Cont. problems with lag and dropping

I posted a few weeks ago about losing connection and server d/c. Well this week it is even worse. I really think ZoS needs to find a solution because now I have paid 30-33$ for ESO plus membership and I have yet to feel a steady connection. I get dropped when entering, I get dropped when grouping, I get dropped when starting trials, etc...
