Annoying little things adding up

There are several things in this game that have been annoying and unnecessary for some time. I know its been complained about before. I just don't understand why these things haven't been fixed yet. These problems have carried over through multiple patches. Examples include. Getting kicked from voice chat every time i hit a load screen. When the slots in my bank are maxed but i try adding to an existing stack of mats and it says that my bank is full. an example of that would be trying to add 20 rubidite to a stack of 100 already in the bank. As we all know a stack can hold 200. So why can't i deposit into the stack of 100 if my bank slots are full? Makes no sense. Toppling charge is broken and apparently will never be fixed. It works excellent in small scale pvp in imperial city. If i try to use it while taking a keep on the other hand. I run in place For 5 seconds and then launch at them. Totally worthless to use while sieging. Cyrodiil lag in general is terrible. They said it would be better after the shadows of the hist DLC. It is certainly not any better at all ever. I really wish they wold work on fixed the game we already paid money for. Rather than constantly releasing content to gouge us for more money. I will not buy another DLC until Some of this stuff gets fixed. I need my toppling charge to work. I do not care about being able to dye my characters ***.
