Make Your Werewolf (Low Level OK)

How to Get Werewolf
Get your bite from a player (usually free), or from the npc spawns (also free).
-- Myself and a lot of other players advertise for free bites when our bites are up.
Also, when there's a full moon, I will /zone that the npcs have been sited
(so I can group and lead a player to the bite area).
After you get your bite: Go to the Werewolf shrine, use the altar, and head into the
Hunting Grounds.
-- Here there are a number of different prey you are asked to take down and feed upon
and share with your brother werewolves. Whether it's a snake, mammoth, etc., the mechanics
remain the same (my experience of numerous ww chars).
-- Once you find the Large Prey -> use the Pounce skill, run behind the critter and use
(meaning spam) your fear/attack button. Alternate until the critter is dead.
Note: Avoid the red circle/cone, and use the fear button/attack button, to wear down
the animal. Run around/away from the beast to build up your stamina,
then attack/fear/pounce to wear it down. Keep this up until it is dead.
Make sure you use food and repair kits before your Hunt.
Once your critter is dead, hit X to devour with your pack and go back to altar
(hear the end of the quest).
Leave the Hunting Grounds, and continue on your ESO journey.

skelo0✭✭Don't leave the hunting grounds after the quest
Because you stay in werewolf form infinitely in the hunting grounds it's really good for leveling werewolf, you can just run around and kill the enemies for about 1-2 hours and you will be max werewolf.
Also to level the skills themselves (to morph them) you can put them on your skill bar even when your not in werewolf (but you can't use them), before you turn in a quest, put the skills on your skill bar.
