Achivment Cradle of Shadows problem

I did all the achievements of cradle of shadows to achieve skin with my NB yesterday
when I got the achieving exterminator that you need to make the dingeon in less than 30 minutes I disconnect by connection problems in the last seconds and received the exterminator achievement but it not figure on cradle of shadows challenger achivment
the same thing happened qith the achivment velidreth is vengance becose we make hard mode and exterminatori at same time.
i make a ticket but the dont responde correctli the send me a generic respons like if they did not read what i was saying

Well, that sucks. Sign into the Support website and reply to the email you originally received. Attach those two screenshots that you attached here. That should escalate the case to someone who can actually help you
