Yes for ganking and specifically ganking only.(Marksment is a PVP set)

✭I get that same heavy attack crits running these two sets on pvp as will Hundings and marksman.
It's not bad if you literally only ever only want to only ever only use bow skills. This set is weak because it does not buff vigor or rally. It doesn't effect class skills either.0 -

%5 Melee attack.0
