I thought GF was repaired but no....5 players grouped & kick

So I was a DD (mag sorc), grouped with a guild friend (healer), than I started queue for random normal dungeon.
After few minutes we found a group, but... there were 5 players in this group, so system found us 3 new players.
As you see on screenshot I had a crown.
After several seconds I was voted to be kicked from group by the votes of 3 players which were incorporated by the system with us.
My friend who was queing with me voted "no", but apparently it wasn't enough and I was kicked.
Can anyone explain why the system groups people in this annoying way?
