Zenimax keeps doing the right thing!

Zenimax,

In the two years since ESO came out there has been both positive and negative criticism; but that is changing. Initially the game had a rough start, then it was up and down after that. I understand that a lot of you might be frustrated with changes that in your opinion might be good or bad for the game. I've noticed that since Thieves Guild came out the game has been more balanced and play style friendly than before. They are listening to the community of players both new and old. Looking forward to One Tamriel, it will be an epic update/revamp to the game.I hold a toast to Zenimax in gratitude for listening to the community and making the game better every patch, keep up the good work.

Well, One Tamriel is a good move, I agree with that, revamping Craglorn is a good one too, I guess, I have not seen that zone myself yet. Housing could be fun as well and the DLC pack with all first 4 DLCs for 5500 crowns is a good move as well - but ... and here is the big but (not butt ), these RNG crates are a move into the wrong direction in many ways and cast an evil shadow onto the game - a really evil shadow. And this where they could really be happy with where they are getting at - but ZOS had to screw it, make it into something what is as bad as any other free to play MMO out there - a blatant cash grab.

I totally agree with Ninja the game have taken som truly positive turns.. Regarding the loot crates, people are very mixed.. Personally I don't mind, as they have 0 influence on the game and there's something magical about opening something you don't know what is.. Most people who have played a TCG will know what I mean

To bad it took two years to get where we are now. If they had started out better we wouldnt have had 2 years of redoing the base game. Maybe in the next 2 years they can fix up the dungeon finder.

They may be making some better decisions about what content is getting released, but that is all that I will agree with. From what I've heard, the game is still plagued by a myriad of problems very often, and no the crown store lockboxes do not give me any incentive to come back and give Zeni more sub money either.

I dont know. Better decisions about content? The last dlc was 2 dungeons. Looks like coming up is one tamriel with no new content. Just rescaled old content. So if they follow their normal pattern it will be three months after that before we see new content.

So we are close to the start of a 6 month gap with no new content. Hopefully the witches festivel whatever that is is entertaining because that looks to be it.

Hopefully they sneak something in on us.

Ah, yes I suppose I agree. I personally stopped playing more than a month ago, so I haven't even seen SoTH things yet, so I didn't take that into consideration. I retract my original statement then. :P

First off One Tamriel is a horrible plan and belongs int he trash.

Second only problem I have with ZoS is allowing cheaters and doing nothing about it.

How exactly is One Tamriel a bad idea? It allows everyone of any level and alliance to group up in the world and play together. It doesn't change anything in PvP, which is the only place alliance has ever actually mattered, and there is still a reason to leveling because gear, skills, etc. will behave the same way.

I have to agree with this as well, I don't really see why one Tamriel was needed. And the alliances are really a central theme of this game, so to pretty much take them away (regardless of their current level of involvement) doesn't seem like a good idea. And not to mention that Zeni will probably break at least a dozen things when then implement it, given their track record.

So yeah, just my two cents. I still don't plan on coming back to the game any time soon, but we'll see how things go.
