What is wrong with my DLC access?

I originally created an account for the Beta access on PC Once it dropped on the XBOX ONE console I logged into my account alright but now have issues accessing content purchased while logged for play on the American Server on the European Server and vice versa. My understanding is when I buy these expanded contents what server I play on has no bearing on my accessing what I bought yet I can not. Please advise or take a look at my account on your end to see what is snagged!!!

No actually your account is fine.

Content purchase in-game via crowns is locked to one server.

So again....keep pushing ZOS on consoles to use the Xbox store vs their own store but for now....pick one server and stay there as this applies to anything purchased in the crown store.
