I just got a Charged Maul.......

This item was produced broken. It's literally un-useable.

If i put a status effect weapon enchant on it I lose the unique proc and the 189 weapon damage.... Without ruining the weapon its un-useable..

It's time to stop this. Enough is Enough. RNG is ruining this game for me. Actually it's not the RNG that is ruining the game. I enjoy the luck of the draw. The wasted traits are breaking me.

RNG in PvP loot bags.. RNG in VMA.. RNG everywhere...

I just can't.. I can't.....

I agree, RNG is fine (within reason). It's the garbage traits that ZOS puts in the loot tables to grief players that makes me rage. ZOS WHY YOU DO DIS!?!??

So what!? A 30% chance to poison?? Over say my defending maul or my precise axe I got before they ruined VMA??

didn't say it was great but it does work on more than just enchants
i myself am hoping to get a Charged Ice staff when i manage to finally complete it

Charged effects ALL statuses with a chance to proc. Depending on what your build inflicts it increases the chance to inflict it.

Desirable? Not usually.
Useless? Nope.

didn't say it was great but it does work on more than just enchants
i myself am hoping to get a Charged Ice staff when i manage to finally complete it

Thinking of using my charged vma ice staff on my magNB. It sounds fun to try out.

I got a crap ton of charged from my vma runs last week. Figure I'll attempt to put em to good use.

Also heard charged makes the axe bleed proc like 60% which is perfect if only used on buff bar for a gap closer

regarding the bleed it's more like 45% but still pretty good.

but regarding the ice staff, with destruction passives and a charged VMA staff, it roots very often, it's brutal

Oh it does. Same for the Staff elements' status. Literally ANYTHING with a "chance".

bleeding is a status, doesnt completely stack tho it deminishes slightly but still pretty good, goes great on 1 handed axe

Since I really love both the healing debuff of disease and the status effect of lightning (on the rare occasions I create a bonus damage to off-balance DK or Templar build with Sets and CP passives) it's odd that I never noticed so I really appreciate the heads up.
