Idle Hands quest

I am picked up the TG idle hands quest and it sends me to Deshaan in EB for the pick pocketing, however I am Daggerfall Covenent. No idea on how to get there from Hew's Bane or anywhere else for that matter. Any ideas or am i missing something?

✭✭✭✭✭Are you Champ Rank? If so, you can just travel to the zone, the Wayshrine should be unlocked for you as soon as you hit L50.
If you are not L50, do a /bug on the quest, abandon it and pick up another one. You can do this repeatedly at the board until you get one you want or can do.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

HellacSoul ShrivenI am presently doing Cadwell's Almanac and in the Aldmeri Dominion. Won't get to Ebonheart Pact for a bit. I did look at the Deshaan map but no portals opened up for me and I checked it carefully. I will go back and delete it and get it again. Thanks.
