Vdsa being scaled down for weekly Xbox box one

I heard that you can cheese it and scale it to cp 10 and still get on the weekly. Looking at the scoreboard there is a 45k score that to me would strongly suggest that. Zos can you look into this and remove any non v16 runs from the weekly?

I just seen this too my guild discussed how these guys dont even have max CP 6k score higher than the best PVErs on XB1

Yup, I searched 2 of them, the dps I'm guessing. Nb and sorc, neither appear on any msa leader board and the best score they have in any other trial is like 700. Very suspicious.

i saw a name on the eu xbox leaderboard that i thought was suspicious as i had heard this player only 4 days pryor crying to a friend in area chat that they couldnt get past 1st round..... HMMMMMMMMM

It would strongly suggest that, would love for ZOS to look into this and make some corrections to the leaderboards if it was in fact not legit.

There was a thread about this exploit on pc... Ignored. I'm afraid this one will be ignored as well.

The worst thing ZoS can do right now is ignore this issue. Rewarding those who scale it down while players that fear the banhammer or for integrity sake have to fight those scores for leaderboard ranking is not right at all. While I'm not suggesting that the downscalers be permabanned, a message has to be sent that this is not the intended leaderboard behavior and ZoS should remove them from the weekly rewards pool.

They should not be banned.
If you can do it ingame it is zos fault and not the players,i would say enjoy while its up

its against their code of conduct to exploit a glitch. But I don't think perma bans should be dealt. Especially if guildies are assisting lower levelled cp players through this content.

I think a lot of people are doing it just for a complete because they were too bad to beat the old one. I know there are exploiters out there cheating and farming weapons and making leaderboards but I don't think people who fail at vet dungeons should be banned because they unknowingly did this on something that matters. Regardless it needs fixed. Anyone repeatedly farming this on low level should face consequences though.

It's bad, but they won't all be cheats. Some won't care or even know about the leaderboard.

We've been told trials scale now. My group have never done it, thus we are planplanning do it soon and were going to set leader to the lowest CP membme naturally (130CP). this could of inadvertantly got us on board just completing it (very unlikely as we noobs to it) but see what I mean?

It needs fixing for sure,totally not fair for those that play to score, but also u can't be sure anyone that's done it is malicous, not all anyway.

I am. I need an infused master sword and I know it'd drop if I scaled it. Happened to me too many times with scaling.

There are hundreds of CP100 people walking around with the flawless titles. I saw one guy link 3 gold Vicious Ophidian jewelry pieces and 2 Sharpened swords. I thought "damn, this guy must be CP600+ or somethīng", then I look at his gamertag and he's CP187 .

I'd be lying if I said I never did it, but this guy had to be doing it constantly.

Only from the weekly coffers does scaling work. Famed dro m'artha motif and got worm ring at cp160. Easiest 250k I ever made.
