Convert armour set into different style

what do you all think about giving us the option to alter the style of an armour piece. I mean in the 'real world' you can alter items and make them look completely different to how they originally looked, so why can't we have that option in the game? Maybe it could be a perk of knowing nine traits in that certain piece or…
