PrinceFabious✭✭✭✭✭No, The soldiers of the Pact are not allowed to enter the Imperial City because they have a duty to join the PACT MILITIA and BLOOD FOR THE PACT raids. We cannot afford to have any soldiers mess around in IC because when we have 4-5 raids, we are not at full strength. We need our IC kids to come join us for our nightly 6-7 raids.7 -
