Craglorn writs

hi , i just wonder at what cp we can get acces to Craglorn.
I have these return writs (they are bugged it seems for me by the way since it doesn't even complete the writ quest but when i push location its Crag)
and can't even acces it , i've played on another account before while i got acces to crag at even lower lvl cp that i currently run with ..
don't have the star gazer quest or whatever its called i don't really remember and DO NOT HAVE ACCES to just return some writs

i do them to boost my crafting xp since i started all over from scrap with a new account , but with them resting there like forever just to get acces to return them is just wrong or maybe bugged
my other writs require me to return them one n Orsinium and an Coldharbour but some stick on Craglorn

Thanks in advance if someone can enlighten me on this subject !
Cheers

If you are at L50 or Champ Rank, then you can access Craglorn. No CP requirement. The Star Gazer quest is just a way to get there, and you find that guy in the capital city for your alliance. Or, you can port to a friend or guildmate who is up there if you are L50. I think I only talked to the Star Gazer cart guy on one character.

If the game is asking you to go Craglorn, it is because you do have access to it, so its a matter of figuring out how to get there. Heck, the Wayshrine might even be unlocked already.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

thanks for the quick reply ! I knew there was a chartdriver for that quest or at least a quest given in the quest log in journal but i don't have it at all ..
i went to auridon and grahtwood but no questgiver only the one for Orsinium (and i have the quest marker on in options)
i do have acces to Orsinium and other capitals in all regions but not Craglorn and no wayshrine as such
off course i can maybe go from Orsinium travel trough Daggerfall regions to get there but who tells me that i'll have acces ?
im only cp61 and didn't played much last month and thought i've probably missed something bout that

    what should i do ?

to emphasis the difference with the other account i've played , there actually was a wayshrine to get to without taking the quest (SG)
    now not ..

Yeah. I seem to only get Crafting Writs to turn in for Wrothgar. How do I get them to let me turn them in Craglorn. I tried taking the writes in Craglorn. I need some nirn so I want some of those Craglorn Survey Maps

Lower your max level crafting profession proficiency passives down 1 (to the 2nd highest value) to change your turn-in location to Craglorn.

Grahtwood? Look outside near the Inn and Horse Stable, you should see the Cart Driver there.

There's no "hard" CP requirement for doing the writs in Craglorn but unless you have 160 CP and good gear just avoid/run from the mobs. There is only one survey you need to fight your way to, Clothier III, and there you only need to kill 1-2 mobs and sneak past the rest (from behind Skreach catacombs). If you don't have the DLC or ESO+ subscription or if you have them but your proficiency level is only 7-9/10, your writs will be in Craglorn.

Yes. As the other poster said, lower your max level down 1. (to the 2nd highest.) The problem is that you will only be able to make gear as high as cp lvl 140. So I wouldn't advise doing Craglorn writs on your master crafter. But it's an excellent spot to park and Alt crafter.
