HA Wrath Passive, Fury 5 piece bonus question

When both fully proc I can reach north of 4k Weapon damage, yet my heals with Vigor and Rally are not scaling up with my weapon damage when I use this set. When I run a medium set and have 3.5k+ weapon damage my rally and vigor hit much harder at the baseline. Is this a bug or intended?

✭I tried it with pelinals and fury all heavy...i did not notice any significant increase damage and healwith or without the iiincrease in WP...so I don't know, bugged maybe?0 -

What I meant by baseline was non critical heals. Meaning my non critical Vigor and Rally ticks are performing better on non crit ticks when I have 3.6k weapon damage wearing 5 medium 2 heavy than a 5 piece fury/5 piece Black Rose set fully procced and having around 4.1k WD.
I'll do another test, but if I recall correctly I checked the tooltip on both while Fury was fully procced and neither of the tooltip numbers were scaling with the WD increases from Wrath + Fury.Edited by Ahk1lleez on September 13, 2016 10:06PM0
