How would you feel if Dungeons and Trials were only accessible via Actvity Finder in update 12?

In context...the activity finder works flawlessly but manual grouping if any type for dungeons and trials is removed.
This would work in a perfect situation to prompt a group in 2-60 minutes only...
How would you feel?

Considering how the group finder works (read unreliable), that you have a 15mn CD after leaving a dungeon / trial in the middle...

Nope.

What if I just want to quickly check a trial or dungeon on my own? Or even solo it? I don't need a group for most dungeons, so why would I bother with something as clunky and slow as the group finder? What if I want to play with friends? Guildies? Teach them the ropes?

For one, Zos isn't going to implement anything so absurd.

Secomd, there really isn't anything else needed to be said about such a poor idea. It's just that bad.

BTW, outrage is probably stronger than upset.

I'd be fine

For some reason, I find grouping with "randoms" less stressful than grouping within my guilds. I'm always scared when I group with guildies that real life will call me away from the game abruptly and inconvenience the other players. This isn't as big a deal when grouping with random strangers.

Also, this would force ZOS to finally fix the group finder, so I'm all for it.

Yep was probably me am useless working in a group but am trying to improve so yep total random is a "don't do it" ,
need's a scale related to time in game ... so people with some patience can guide us nubes lol

Even if the option to add a premade group to the activity finder was allowed, the lag in using that would irk me. For example, I have a group, one of us ports to the dungeon, the rest port to that player. We are all in in the time it takes a zone to load. I have qued up in the group finder with a premade group (I think we were doing a random) and it took several minutes for the game to get us to the dungeon.

So, I would support this only if:

1. We could que up solo, with a partial group or any full group of our choosing roles not withstanding
2. If we had a full group, the port to the dungeon just happens with no time delay if the group is fully formed (again, no role restrictions on pre-made groups
3. Scaling could still be to Group Leader or CP160 as the group decides they want.

In other words, using the activity finder takes nothing away from forming the group and going to the dungeons ourselves.

There's another topic about choice vs chance and somehow it's seen differently when it's the same.
Take away choice and force it to chance so I'm curious...also many don't read comments so maybe someone will catch on.....

Maybe they'll see what ZOS is doing to the whole game taking choice out and locking things behind real money requirements.

Seriously, I don't pug anymore. My main guild was formed from pugs because of the precise problems that many of us have mentioned over the course of two years of grouping with randoms. It's not fun for those of us who've learned the content. Yes I support teaching new players and all, but not through random grouping which will more often than not group you with people who think "play the way you want" means "its ok to take an hour to do Veteran Wayrest Sewers".
