Boosting Mic settings in windows 10 to 100%

Hello,
It might not be directly related to ESO but I have a problem. As soon as I start ESO or any other game, the microphone settings in windows bumps up to 100% while I normally work on a sensitivity level of 60% (due to extra background noise generated by my microphone). Does any of you know how I can prevent apps messing with my microphone sliders?
