What Exactly Critically Heals In This Game - Do Potions?

I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
Do healing potions crit?
Do heals over time and if so do they crit by tick or en masse?
I remember in patch notes them saying that heals from damage skills definitively wont crit heal (like puncturing sweeps or strife).
Any takers?

✭✭✭I cannot say for sure if Potions crit, but I seriously doubt they do. Even if they did, it's 45 seconds between uses.
Every other direct healing and HoT ability in the game critically heals though.Guildmaster of Power With Numbers in PS4 NA Server's Aldmeri Dominion.

Hots crit, but each tick has a seperate chance rather than the whole hot alltogether.

✭✭Potions do not crit whatsoever.
And Healing over Time abilities have a chance to crit with every tick that happens.

If I drop a HoT and then switch bars, does the crit % of each tick change if I have a different crit% on the other bar, or is it set when I cast it?0

Each tick will be based on your stats at time of tick. A bar switch, a spell damage potion wearing off, food running out, a War Horn being cast, etc. Any of these occurring midway through HoT will affect subsequent ticks.0
