Hello dear support, please help my brother, he recently purchased ESO Imperial Edition and have two issues right now
1) When registered account he chose wrong region GB instead of RU and activated ESO Imperial Edition, now he has all prices in Crown Store in GBP instead of Russian rubles, and there is no region switch button in account management UI
2) He cannot register at official forums because didn't receive invitation code
3)He cannot log in into support page at
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login
Authentication Error
UserID and/or password was incorrect.
BTW I also have such issue, but I can log in into forum at last.
