Major Comm Issues Please help!! FIXED!!!!

Go into xbox settings/privacy and change it to adult. This fixed my problems!!!
I cannot mail, use voice chat, and I have no hud window for chat at all, there is no window period not even to see others chat or game data for looting, heals, dps, etc...I have turned it on in options, pressing 2 buttons does nothing, quick chat toggle clicks but does not toggle on/off.
Error when mail, cannot communicate with other players, voice chat says its unavailable. I have never been banned on xbox and can communicate fine in other games and xbox party. The devs keep giving me standard checklist replies that do nothing. I even fully uninstalled and reinstalled. This has been since day one, it has never worked.
If anyone has any help please, not being able to communicate is making it very difficult.
