Anyone else worried about the size of this update? I have 22GB left on my Xbox if this is any bigger that's really going to screw me over and force me to buy something extra. I only have BF4, Blackops1 and eso on there. The last update was a mere 1GB so surely the next one is going to be massive.

@ZOS_GinaBruno is there any chance we can get good notification in advance on the size of this update so we can prepare and not when on the download screen staring at a number we can't accommodate? It'd be great to know what to move to an external drive, plus there are other releases coming in October that are going to be huge files too.

A lot of the update will be over-writing existing space on the HDD rather than merely adding to it. I have more than you do on my HDD, but its mostly smaller games. BF4 is possibly the biggest resource hog for the XBox One HDD.

But on the bigger picture. Some of our younger gamers will have parents to consult with on things like this. Personally it's not an issue to buy a 100Petabyte drive if I have to (exaggeration) but others may not have access to buy one and it'd be awesome and helpful if zos could let people know so they can still play when it drops. Rather than have to wait until parents are free, kids aren't around to go and buy one etc etc.

But ultimately on their 5 year plan this game will not fit on a standard XB HDD. A year in and we are at well I don't know but wrothgar ended up at 64GB...so nearing 100GB now alone. We have 250 in total free space.

It's useful to know the size of the download in advance if you happen to have data caps, too. Regardless of whether you're on PC/Mac or console, a lot of people have broadband with data caps and may need to plan around an entire household who all use the internet.

I agree, I can easily buy an external hdd or even upgrade to a larger one, but that's a headache I don't need or want. I already spent some time deleting stuff to fit this past update on my ps4. I'm thinking of just upgrading so I won't have to worry anymore.

Exactly. I like to know these things so i can plan ahead. Waking up in the morning and getting slapped with a 20gb download (hell, even a 8 - 15gb download is terrible for me) just kills me.
