This happens occasionally and it's quite annoying since I'm unable to attack at-least for the most part + my regen gets stunted for some reason. There's also another glitch with console chat locking up/freezing when trying to type out anything; this too happens sometimes and will not allow you to break from the chat screen till the freeze is over.

✭More annoying than this bug and that really needs some attention bu ZOS seems to be ignoring for YEARS is action bars changing by themselves almost all the time. We give the command to change ONCE and it change twice. If you don't pay attention you might see yourself casting two/three times a buff/debuff/aoe instead of your bread-and-butter attacking ability.
Or then when without no reason, during combat or VERY close to start one you simply sheathe your weapons. Sure, makes super sense "Hey, enemy! Come here! ✭✭Yay that's the sprint bug...I only ever get in dsa... you need to exhaust all your stam by just walking and when it's run out it'll go back to normal. I thought I had machine gun mode when it first happened. Just walk / run around and it'll go away. It's very very rare though.PC Master Race

I've put in two tickets now which they continually ignore. This happens to me all the time. I can't get a Maelstrom run in without this happening at least twice. It's cost me dozens of flawless runs.0
