Those who want to fight against the scofflaws that pick pockets, trespass and otherwise break the law in Tamriel can purchase "appearance change poisons" in the Crown Store.
They come in several varieties in order of increasing cost in Crowns:
(1) dye color change poison
(2) face and body tattoo poison
(3) hair style change poison
(4) appearance change poison
(5) race change poison
They have a 1% chance to proc on each attack on an Outlaw and can either cause a pre-set appearance change (for instance, giving everyone a mohawk or dying all their clothes pink or turning everyone into a tiny bosmer girl) or simply be set to cause a random change.
