Does Scorching Flare Work Against Magblade Cloak?

I know Scorching Flare works against players in stealth (crouched), but is it also supposed to work against Nightblade cloak? I just had a battle with a Nightblade who was spamming cloak while attacking me and my scorching flares were not revealing or burning him.

if it's not working as intended then this is a bug0 -

✭✭Yes it does -- or at least it did as of a few patches ago. I haven't used it or been hit by it in a while. That *** hurts though.Kena

✭It really annoys me that anything pierces cloak.
magblades have no real shield or natural defenses other than cloak and it's been rendered pretty freaking useless. 0 -

Not to mention it's buggy as hell and gets broken by most projectiles.Kena
