Magicka Templar Tank Racial Question

Apologies in advance if this has been answered already...
I have this Argonian Templar sitting doing nothing, and wanted to make it into a Magicka Templar Tank.
I have two other Templars - Redguard Stamplar and a Breton Healer, but want to give Templar Tanking a try as well.
Which race would be best for a Magica based Templar Tank - Altmer, Breton, Dunmer or Imperial?
