Wayshrine in Japanese

It seems a variation for Wayshrine but my Bab.la translator doesn't recognise those hieroglypghs as Japanese

✭It happens to me first time I think, and after last patch.
But I prefer not to think it's caused by addons, because then:
1. ZOS will ignore it and won't check a nature of this, which were already reported by other players before.
2. seems impossible to find out which addon can cause this.
And my list of addons is quite short (with some turned off)

ZOS_DaryaKadminWe are aware of an issue where the phrase "Travel to Wayshrine" may appear in Japanese on the English game client. As we continue to work toward a resolution, the issue can be bypassed by completing any quests in the immediate vicinity of the wayshrine.
