Having Issues - Extremely Unstable Ping

I can't even login to the support page for ESO because the log-in button isn't actually something I am able to click on for some reason. I type in my details but then I can't click log-in.

I'm having problems with my ping going from 120 to 200 every 15 seconds or so. My ping will NEVER be stable for longer than 10 seconds. This started happening 5-6 days ago and nothing that I can explain has changed. I linked my game consultant report. Hopefully it is of help.

Things I have tried:

Router/Modem power cycle
Wired connection
Running ESO as the only active process on my computer
Lowering graphical settings to minimum values
Monitoring resource manager (didn't see any change in network usage when ping spikes occurred in game)
winsock reset
Changed a few things in regedit like TCPNodelay, ackfrequency, etc. but they didn't make a significant difference

Can't figure out what the problem is. Up until about a week ago I had fairly consistent ping at around 120-130 and it hardly spiked (maybe once every 30 minutes for a few seconds). The ping spikes I am having now are making the game very hard to enjoy.

Having the same issue. For me this started when they crashed earlier this week. Before that I was stable at 90-110, with a rare spike. Now the spikes come all the time and my PR is running between 130-150 consistently.

Both good and bad to know that someone else is having the exact same problem. Hopefully ZOS can figure it out. I will be getting a message back from their "advanced team" sometime soon. I have sent in my consultant report to them so if I find anything out I will post it back here.
