Just started having chat problems. It's not a new one, but my chat got locked into an infinite countdown loop. Restarting the app (x2) did not fix it.
More problematic is being locked out of chat entirely. Switched to a character that was in the channel I wanted to be in, guild chat. I could see the names pop up of people talking, but I could not hear them. They could not hear me, and when I spoke, my name did not appear on the side.
Anybody else having these problems? I believe PC experienced similar problems right after SotH.
Yes, I'm going to submit a ticket, but if this is a general problem, it may need more immediate attention.

Trashyratchet✭✭✭Agreed. Very annoying when it happens.
In the meantime, I've found that spam mashing the join button will eventually catch and fix it. You may try that in time being.0 -
