Freezing

I am doing filling in the void . When I get to the final battle I keep freezing and getting kicked. This has happened 6 times . Is anyone else having a freezing problem?

not sure if I can be any help. But do my best. Delete your save. ONLY YOUR SAVE. DO NOT DELETE GAME. Find your game save in system storage. Saved data it says I think. Again DO NOT DELETE GAME. ( Forgive me if I seem yelling at you. I not really yelling. Just a warning to tell you not delete game especially if you have slow internet)

Once you find the saved game data in system storage. Delete and only delete the save data. Once you deleted the saved data. Then go to psn online save. (Unsure what name it is called. Bad at names) then delete the saved online game save of ESO.

After you delete both online and System storage of game save. Then restart your PS4. Just be warned. Once you go back to ESO. You will have to agree with Zos terms again. Once you agreed to there terms. Then you must choose in which megaserver your on. For me it's always switch to NA server. But I have to switch it to EU sevrer. Since it were I play.

Also note. Your characters and all your progression will he saved. You won't loose anything. Then do your quest again.

However if this not help. I'm afraid you will have to delete the quest and redo it. But hopefully you already finished your quest.
