Hey all, quick shout out to Ben from English customer service. Before the maintenance yesterday my full set of purple lvl 10 soul shriven training gear went missing from my inventory.

I submitted the bug and Ben got back to me within 24 hours. He checked my inventory after the maintenance to make sure I had my items returned. All is good in the world of smeegs today. Thanks Ben!

    It sounds to me like the maintenance included a fix for the bug that had caused the gear to go missing and that he made a point of checking the inventory after the maintenance to ensure that the fix had worked and the gear was reinstated. That's better than just replying along the lines of "It should have been fixed by today's maintenance and this ticket is now closed" without even checking.

    Oh i agree! 120%. But with a title customer service comes through! I guess i expected more :p
