Support doesnt work?

I have written ticket in support more than 24h ago and still there is no answer.
The question is - Why i should rename my character "Captain Orgazmo"? with following text

15.08.2016 we with the friend have together fight 2 vs X of the pact players on the Syrodiil. When they come again and lose again, they have taken offense and some of them start message me to private that they will report my character name.
When i ask "why?"
That person has told that it is game for children and he don't like my character name cuz he think about adult movie when see it.
When i told him that:
1. ESO is not for children and have Mature rating (17+)
2. "Captain Orgazmo" is not adult movie character, but it's a comedy movie character (created by Trey Parker (South Park) in 1997))
that person told me that he is don't care about it and he will report me anyway.
He also told me that he knows that im russian and will tell to all his guildmates to report my name. (What a hell?!)

Im forgot about that incident, but...Next day I have received the letter on ingame mail in which is told that I forcibly have to replace a nickname of the character. But I don't want it to do because of that person's sick fantasy and because all know me under this nickname and im creating PvP gameplay videos about this great game with this nickname.
Now i can't login with that character before i change of it's name.
I ask you to withdraw this decision as the name of my character doesn't discredit anybody's honor and advantage and offends nobody.

Looks like there is automatic system that push players to change nickname after group of people having agreed have made a report against some one.
I mean - it doesn't seem to you not correct the fact that I have to change a nickname because of some defeated in Cyrodiil low skilled player?

By the way, I play this character about a year and there was no problems with it's name.

I'm sorry, @Lokov, we can't address this issue for you on the forums. You can reply to that email you received about your character name to request an appeal.

There was no letter to my email that connected with game account, only ingame mail about character name was recived (screenshot). I had to replace a name as technical support still is silent, and I had a planned PvP raid. Without change of a name I couldn't login on this character. Can You please kick somebody there that they have begun to work? )) I want my original character name back ))

Best you can do mate is maybe try change the name ever so slightly enough so that they leave you alone and you're still recognisable, maybe Captain Orgazzmo, or Orgaszmo or something like that, most people probably won't notice the change, it frustrates me too when the game is mature rating 17+ and doesn't allow any form of profanity.
